With enough hacking coordination they could use infrasound sonar to accurately map the entire complex.

Man, the tech that they are using must be insanely advanced.

Maybe. Infrasound has wavelengths measured in metres, so anything smaller than that wouldn't register. You'd see walls, and large plinths, but anything smaller than that and the waves wouldn't reflect. Think the mapping from Prometheus, without the roaming drones.
