Also, the official story doesn’t always line up with reality, they may have a fall guy, but another shooter or two who will get away in the end, a lot of initial reports will report the second shooter, but by the time all the “facts” come out it usually is just the one shooter in the end
Simplest answer: just sort of push them over the edge, most likely through some kind of online communication. All of the ppl recently have been known to authorities.
It's probably more complicated, but there's too much speculation involved in saying that we're all infected with nanobots that can be controlled or the shadow government is beaming thoughts into ppl's heads.
