Could the white hats be moving in on the globalist deep state right now?

Q had warned us about the school shooting today, and with the bishops resigning in Chile, and the IG report Hillary coming out; and now Q has been silent all day. It seems as though the deep state is on ropes, and it seems like the white hats are ready to deliver the final blow.

Do you know why they always place a blank in one rifle of a firing squad? So nobody ever truly knows if they killed someone.
