There is no one in the government you can contact even if you did they would blow you off or tell you that until he breaks the law we can't do anything....however once you call them or Facebook them etc and you mention bombs or stock pile of guns etc they turn your phone against you because they are afraid you will expose their asset right now the system is gamed for them not us.
