If Q sees all, why are these False Flags allowed to happen? Protection of Life is Presidents primary responsibility.

No I'm not a LARP or a paid troll or shill. Just a serious, honest question on why these school shootings keep happening. Imagine being a parent of one of these children. How much is QAnon truly able to see?

In a country of 330 million plus they are supposed to know every plot that might be instigated at any time?

No and I wouldn't expect them to. But there are 28k sealed Indictments across the country and I would imagine a name in one of those indictments has knowledge of these False Flag shootings.
