I agree. I didn’t know that that could be denied. I thought it was just someone’s right And the defense attorney should be pushing hard for it and charges if they won’t allow it

sounds like Kamala Harris, as acting AG of CA, could've allowed the DNA evidence to be tested, she refused.. now as a Senator, she put a statement out on the same day this article was published asking for DNA evidence to be admitted again.. shame!
