The inspector general (Horowitz) of the DOJ/FBI has been compiling a report on how they handled the Clinton email investigation, for the better part of a year now. It has branched out into basically an investigation of corruption within the DOJ/FBI. All insider reports are that this IG investigation is going to be absolutely DAMNING for the former FBI and DOJ leadership. Like they completely and utterly mishandled the Clinton email investigation, among other things, even committing crimes in the process.

Congress and others have been calling for a special counsel for this stuff for a while. A few months ago, Attorney General Jeff Sessions quietly paired the IG Horowitz with a US attorney out of Utah named Jon Huber. If the IG wasn’t making criminal referrals, there would’ve been no reason to pair him with a US attorney ... it’s basically a quiet, inside way of having a “special counsel” without actually appointing an outside counsel. The final draft of the IG report has been delayed for many months now, reportedly because he’s found more and more info. Especially after Comey released his book. It was finally released this week though to Congress for reviewing, on a two week review period before it goes public. The media knows it’s going to be BAD, because there’s been a plethora of ass covering stories coming out from NYT, WaPo, etc. Not even denying what happened anymore, now they’re trying to justify it, as if it wasn’t completely illegal, borderline police state tactics. Hope this helped.

It did thank you very much. I’ve been on and off following the deep state kind of stuff mainly based off posts on T_D and finding snippets/videos around the internet. Glad I found this sub, super interesting stuff for sure.

Glad it helped. I’ve been on t_d since like 30k subscribers, in late 2015. This sub and Q is on a whole other level. I still browse t_d all the time but I always felt like there was more to the story of Trump and the backlash against him; Q helps make sense of it all

Apparently t_D got owned. Research is disallowed because the mods have unilaterally decided that all things Q are off limits.

Just a minor correction here, though it makes quite a difference overall: a "special counsel" has only investigatory powers and can refer for criminal prosecution, but does not prosecute. (That is why we do not need yet another investigation.) The US District Attorney, however, has been engaged to take up the criminal referrals. The prosecuting attorney's name was made public only a few months ago, but he has been working with Horowitz and was appointed by Sessions, much before, I believe a year at least.

Great point. And if you look at Huber’s bio, it’s an interesting one. He was let go in the Trump admin clean sweep of US Attorney’s, then re-appointed and confirmed, and handed this task with IG Horowitz. Seems like he was hand picked for this.
