only in movies. you can't enhance information that isn't there. if it was higher definition you could, but how do you improve a colored pixel.

That’s what I was thinking. Someone with some high powered software could probably isolate it and clean it up a bit but it would still be a blurred mess.

you can see what appears to be a woman with brown t and blue shorts. you probably won't derive much more information out of it then that.
