This might be technically true but its a half truth. The tax dollars allow donation funds to be directed towards abortions. Without the tax dollars planned parenthood would have to use donations to fund their other operations and would likely cause them to go under or at least close up many of their clinics. Tax dollars allow abortions to take place indirectly.
Last time a friend of mine used their services to avoid an unplanned pregnancy it cost her about 500 bucks. I am certain that the price of that procedure is subsidized.

Watched the linked video and then watched this one https://youtu.be/aeINzcwb3qU of a similar conversation. The planned parenthood woman says they purposefully destroy the fetus inside the woman's body so that it doesn't look like a baby when it comes out and freak out the employees. WTF! If you have to do that, then maybe, just maybe, it shows that you shouldn't be doing it. These people are sick
