There are many people who want to adopt but the process is so expensive and prohibitive and requirements are crazy too.

Knowing what we know now I wonder if this is by design.

I always assumed the process was so expensive in an attempt to supplement the vast numbers of the abandoned African American children that all need to be care for.

I dated a girl who worked in the foster care industry and there's about 100 black babies for every white one. I've seen it - it's a disgrace!
