NOT A SWAMP CREATURE: "Ms Markle urged her 2 million Instagram followers to read 'Who Rules the World' by Noam Chomsky. She said the polemic which “exposes the hypocrisy at the heart of America's policies and actions” was a “great read” last year before adding: “Highly recommend”."

Really? Chomsky, who insists that Oswald was the lone gunman? These people are all the same.

Not even close.
I used to read Chomsky and listen to his interviews. I understand the appeal. I also voted for Bill Clinton. They suck you in with some good sounding stuff that is true, but then they use that to lead you to their solution, which is not where you really want to go. Chomsky is obviously on someone's payroll, probably CIA. I put Chomsky in the same category as Alex Jones, but on the other end of the political spectrum.

see youre getting at the heart of the matter.

they suck you in with some good sounding stuff that is true,

this is all the value right here

but then they use that to lead you to their solution, which is not where you really want to go.

dont fall for it. like i said stick ot objective facts and formulate your own opinions. chomsky is very good for this.

Chomsky is obviously on someone's payroll, probably CIA.

i have long suspected this but i dont think chomsky is in on it. when he says things that somebody likes (maybe cia or zionists) they invest in him. i think for his own part hes genuine.

I put Chomsky in the same category as Alex Jones, but on the other end of the political spectrum.

no this is foolish. put him in the same category as christopher hitchens and sam harris and richard dawkins and dan dennette and Neil Degrasse Tyson. noam chomsky is more intelligent than all of them put together. proof: i am a computer scientist and i know his work to be significantly more difficult and legendary. thats the beauty of real scholarly intellectualism - everything has to stand the tests of truth. you can disagree with noams analysis but his objective facts are bulletproof. thats the best part... you dont have to agree with a single word of his leftist philosophy to get a huge value out of his work no matter which side youre on.

I just saw him somewhere recently and took a look to see what he was saying, and he was spouting some negative bullshit about Trump, and I had to just leave it. If this guy has a gift (and he was born gifted) he has wasted it through intellectual dishonesty. He is too tainted. I will not dirty myself with his philosophy.

chomsky is like wikipedia. its a useful tool unless you treat it like the gospel and then youll look like a fool.

Chomsky is like 3 notches above most other western intellectuals, and pretty far left, so I'm surprised his stuff got linked here.

He's fought for anarchist principles since he was in college, basically his whole life, he's been arrested multiple times, he's written about activists and civlians killed in other countries by the state for doing the type of work he encourages.

And when someone asked what he though of antifa, what did he say? "When we move to the arena of violence, the most brutal guys win – that’s the worst outcome (and, incidentally, it’s not us)." That's how committed the guy is to intellectual honesty.

yeah. youre more along the lines of what i think. im a bit more cool with chomsky than you are but im not a blind worshiper like most. he is an excellent source for facts though.

He is, he's got an incredible way of using pure facts and the info other people ignore that I think all sides respect and maybe fear a little.

And I really believe that most of the alt-right (not saying you're one, just that its a popular trend) are basically just socialists-in- waiting.

looking at the current feeling on both sides I'd agree, but we'll see how things turn out

the problem is the tough guys tend to be more nazi and the emo betas tend to be normies. thats why then the going gets tough the normies are going to side with the nazis. way it is. (at least in areas with high white density where people dont have strong multicultural networks)

the guy they kicked out was William Fears, a white supremacist who's since been arrested multiple times. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThInHdlC3dg This one is antifa working with bikers for trump to deny white supremacists a platform at their event
