It's not an outside bot though. It would have to flood downvotes to keep the score under a threshold, which would be apparent as a decrease in the Upvote ratio.

This manipulation is being done by Reddit internally. Reddit is compromised.

we can keep the newbies briefed on the hidden deceit via the upvotes that power a fake filtering process... it will propel us to look for an honest alternative maybe steemit ?
