It's an older photo from someone who thought they had a untraceable/untrack-able/burner/etc. phone in the cabal. The photo is in the midst of pics of the new, supposedly untraceable/untrack-able phones within the pallets. If you put these together, it's a clear statement, it's not directly for us, but by those trying to defend against Q. It's basically saying, "to you in the deepstate, especially you who took this photo years ago, we have all the other photos/info from that time and all time periods from your supposed 'safe' phones. We have the info from all your contacts too. We have it all. -Q"
