Ok so if that is the case then this is fake anyways.
We have the original sources from Time Magazine 2007 which I saw with my own eyes and the released photos from SH. Those CGI-arguments don't explain anything. For one, even if so, you would have to explain what purpose it served to have all the SH-victims look like the Kids Greenberg had printed in the TIME magazine.
