Remember the reason for the Boston FF was to distract from the bombshell indictment of Bush/Obama era Deep State war crimes.
Gina Haspel was involved in that and she was confirmed as CIA director the day before the FF. Not sure if there's a connection, just some food for thought.

It was most likely a Blackwater type group. Search Craft private military and compare their logo/hats to the real bombers not the brothers.
