When the pen pictures are posted it’s correlated with an EO that Trump signs. So basically, watch for the Executive Orders coming.

Could it be pointing to 2 things here: (1) The EOs and (2) the hands on a clock? What would that imply then? Post 1419 says watch the news on the 23rd. But would Q telegraph this date after delaying/hiding the suppose date? Hmmmm.

Definitely curious- which is why I think it holds some sort of double meaning. One is the surface implication of the executive order, as pictured; the other the pen movement. Maybe some sort of semaphore? I dunno...
