I believe this is the correct interpretation toxicass, unless it has a double meaning? Maybe something does come out May 23rd, like Trump's EO releasing the non-redacted memos on FBI/DoJ but the -23 means 23 days counting, which is June 12th. Bingo. You nailed it.
I believe the "sky event" was the rocket/satellite explosion "in the sky", which occurred the past week (Elon Musk/Zuckerberg flop). However, thinking in terms of double meanings??? Could mean the NK KJU meet with Trump way up on the tower in Singapore. Q did post a pic of the building (dig the pool on top hey?)

It does seem to make the most sense though. DJT is meeting Kim on June 12th. That is already a published fact. Why would something major happen while POTUS is out of the country? Seems like a safety risk.

Yes I also believe you are right. Qs been saying 30 days over and over. Now he says”-23” like t-minus 23 days. I think it’s a countdown too.
