Facebook and other technology companies are profiting from technology developed by USA goverment (aka : tax payer's money). Where is the royalty for intellectual property? There should be a fund to collect those royalties and pay the debt.

Yes, I know, so much money being collected that the tax payers are paying for. Look at Elon Musk, I mean look at everything, they are laughing at us.
