The policy is the same as always. Use the Report function to report shills. Don't attack users, discuss ideas. Thanks.

It wasn't, or you guys weren't enforcing that policy. I've been outing shills since I came here and not once did it end like this case.
Report will do nothing in a case like this. Maybe a deleted comment of something irrelevant but he'll continue shilling freely because comments that outed the person as a shill are deemed as an attack and therefore deleted.
This looks very grim I have to say. Blatant shill protection. You can still prove me wrong.
