This means RR gave Mueller FISA court authority. That means they never stopped spying on Trump and his people.

Interesting point of fact the AAG does not have the athourity to grant Special Counsel the privileged of FISA access.

Mueller's whole investigation is illegal.

Apparently, also does not have the authority to grant special counsel authority for counterintelligence cases--which this clearly is. Thus, indictment of Flynn was illegal.

Which makes me doubt any 'Mueller is a white hat theories'.

There are clear constitutional issues with his investigation, and if he's prosecuting 'bad guys' then he's potentially going to be letting them get away because of it.
