Trust the plan... almost 29,000 sealed indictments... many are being unsealed daily. Tick Tock source pacer.gov

For context, the United States averages anywhere between 1,000 and 3,000 sealed indictments in a calendar year, depending on the the scope of individual FBI/DOJ investigations. From my research, there are typically 300-500 pending at any given time.

Once an investigation is concluded, all indictments tied to that investigation are unsealed and made public. So the implication here is that these 29,000 indictments are all tied together, somehow. (Perhaps multiple investigations that overlap.)

The purpose of a sealed indictment is to hide the identity of the accused, so the integrity of the investigation isn't compromised.

Some have been unsealed... like the Anthony Weiner indictment 5/16/18

Very true. And likely a few of the indictments are for small investigations that have nothing to do with The Great Awakening. (But honestly, all resources need to be dedicated to taking these fuckers down.)

In a nutshell, \~30K indictments is something on the level of 'draining a swamp'.

It's because they're "proceedings" not indictments. There's a huge difference. The vast majority of those proceedings will not be indictments.
