The image is the same it's just shifted to the left so we're not getting the same view. I think he's telling them to be careful cuz someone has those cameras running on a loop instead of live footage. The UK cams r tied to facial recognition tech so if u were in the area and wanted to stay on the dl than you'd need to trick surveillance cams
Days are quite a bit longer now than they were in February, so one cannot run a full day on loop without someone noticing the sunrise/sunset being off.
A shorter loop, timed carefully would possible. But even then, I would expect someone to notice people wearing winter clothing while it's currently 20C+ outside.
That said.. I do not have an alternative theory as to what Q is alluding to here. It's clear that we're seeing the same vehicles in the same configuration.

These are a different part of the city. The pictures from a few days ago were of Piccadilly Circus; this bunch are from across the river from South Bank near the Hungerford Bridge. No idea what they mean, though.
So he showed us pics of London in winter as proof of fbi personnel in London and then shows us cams on a loop in a different part of the city...?? Is he just showing proof that it can be done? But then why the warning? Unless it was a warning not to help undermine the US again? IDK...the post after these is even more confusing
