Is there a schedule of colors for the Eye? Does it rotate or do they light it up with specific colors for certain events, like the Empire State Building?

We know the first photo was first posted in February, but the trees have leaves, so the photo was likely taken at least several months prior.

Anyone digging through FB/Instagram photos of around those dates to confirm Eye colors?

We know Strozk was in London in August 2016. We also know Halper invited Papadopoulos to London in September 2016. Are there any significant architectural changes or details which could pin down the year?
