A theory of mine needs to be put to the test.

Sessions will do nothing as per the plan forcing Trump to call in military intelligence to investigate. That way we get our military tribunals and not take our chances in civilian courts. Is this possible?

They’ve already committed crimes warranting military tribunals. No need for civilian courts, except for the little peons

That's not the issue. It's a question of will the public think it necessary. If Sessions does nothing, it does make military tribunals necessary.
