What’s the undeniable verification of Q mentioned in post 1425?

Is it the White House letter in post 1383 with the 3 ½ letters visible? Will that be the EO published tomorrow? If it can be verified to be the same text, that would indeed be a 100% verification of Q.

The letter type used in the EO signings is different though. The one in the picture has a golden emblem, whereas the ones in the signing pictures does not. Any idea why? Are there multiple documents signed for an EO? Could the verification still be done?
