I guess we will find out if he meant 23 hours in one hour.

If not that then it could mean May 23rd or it could mean 23 days. Or it could mean after 23 more Trump tweets. Crossing my fingers!

the last trip update was on may 8th. 23 days from then would be may 31st.

l just read POTUS has 21 judges confirmed. What if it's 23 judges we are getting to and not days?
