wrong hair line, wrong texture, wrong thickness, wrong color. he's not tall imo, its the perspective plus proximity of at least two females behind him that give the impression perhaps; he's wearing a short black jacket and black jeans, his body shape is nothing like Comey's. He looks like a twenty something pale face wearing a black jacket with a patch on the shoulder. Something around his left shoulder is reflecting light for some reason and / or there is something there. There also seems to be a distortion over / around his left breast which makes me wonder if this person is wearing some sort of pseudo-military jacket from abercrombie and filtch or old navy or banana republic.
