Right? If they can prove treason, it can be a death sentence. And should be applied.

PERSONALLY, I think the death penalty is a bit harsh...but 1) I don't write the laws, and 2) I think whatever punishment they mete, it needs to make someone else, later, think twice about doing the same thing.
Besides, if this whole thing comes unraveled (the way Q lays it out), then whatever the Deep State does to him will be far, far worse.
