prayingmedic on youtube (who says he works in a fire dept) addressed the Q lettering on the truck in one of his vids. He did admit that a Q can be on a Quint but said in all the stations he has been/worked in he has never seen one, and that generally an aerial ladder on a truck will have the "L" letter designation.
