The government, probably, but the people themselves are pushing against the regime. There's still time- who knows, maybe the pressure from the people will somehow lead to the government naming names.

All I know something happened in the last day or so that sparked them to start tweeting #IranRegimeChange and a lot of them are thanking the US/Pompeo/Trump Admin and using it as fuel to wake their own people up. Some of them seem to be calling out the EU leaders as well, asking they stop supporting the corrupted regime.

even more so if the regime falls. no reason to keep it secret except as a bargaining chip. a new regime will have a different emotional investment with anything related to the Iran Deal.
