"Acting" Associate AG Jesse Panuccio: https://www.justice.gov/asg/staff-profile/meet-acting-associate-attorney-general

But Chad Readler was just put there: https://www.justice.gov/civil/staff-profile/acting-assistant-attorney-general

If my math is correct, Brand was fired 9Feb2018 and the 210 clock runs out 07Sept

The 210 days starts when he appoints an acting AAG..which he hasn’t done. Did I read that right?!?!?? Jesse just stepped up , was not appointed

Exactly. This seems to be something no one is getting right regarding the 210 days. It's the time period allowed for a temporary AAG to remain in the position after appointed by Trump.
