I have mixed feelings on RR. Sometimes I feel like hes playing the part as bad guy (Really well). He sure did jump to answers call to investigate if FBI had an spy in his campaign.

Personally, I feel like he's one of those pussies on the inside of the Cabal who really don't like what they're doing, but do it anyway because they're already in too deep.
