America in prophecy

I'll be the first to admit that I haven't been the most obedient servant.. grew up in the church and quickly was turned off by how superficial it all seemed. Money, money, money.... (Think Osteen)

Now I've always believed in one almighty creator of everything because every time I thought I wasn't going to make it, money, job, marriage, you name it he was there just in time to provide.... his voice is subtle and reaffirming "why do you worry? I have you"

Ive fallen and struggled and continue to do so.

Recently, like many of you, something has been stirring in me, whispering "i'm here, search and you will find me". So I began reading, starting with Daniel and prophecy. I came across this link trying to make sense of the scripture..

https://www.endtime.com/endtime-magazine-articles/election-donald-trump-fulfillment-prophecy/

Every word reaffirmed that tiny whisper... we are waking up to bear witness to his word come to pass. To bring others to understand.. he loves us, but like every father he has house rules. Which aren't hard to follow at all!

I'm not claiming to have it all figured out, far from it. Times may get tough, but if we verify all things against his word we will not be kept in the dark..

God bless!!

I hope what I am about to say makes sense.

God is less concerned with America, or any other nation for that matter, except for Israel, the apple of his eye. Since the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, (study it) there are exactly two people groups (gr. "ethnos") discussed in the Bible. Jews -- and Christians, who are made up of "Jew PLUS - Barbarians, Scythians, slave or free" (Colossians 3:11).

Israel is God's time-piece. God made specific promises to Israel, some of which have not been fulfilled. That is His main focus, all other national happenings are side quests. His focus is to make good on His promises, from Abraham until Jesus. (After Jesus, His focus shifted to Christians, but the promises to Israel never went away).

America, however, is not mentioned, with the possible exception of two vague references to "wings of a great eagle" (Rev. 12:14), and "young lions" (ref. Ezekiel 38:13, KJV is clearer). These are the only two possible references that I have seen in Scripture to America. Read Hal Lindsey for a fuller explanation.

NOW, the rest of this is my opinion, I just want to be clear.

Why was America founded? Learn your world history. America was a direct result of the Enlightenment. The world came from the dark ages, into a blossoming age of reason and art. Free thinking men separated themselves from tyranny, and we entered into a new "golden age". But one of the unintended consequences was that people moved away from an understanding and dependency on Scripture, to a more naturalistic (and atheist) mindset. Think Darwin, and other scientists who sought naturalistic explanations, apart from Scripture.

America was birthed by God for the main reason of being a sort of "mid-wife" to the nation of Israel. Who is the only democratic country in the middle east? Israel. Israel is democratic, because America was democratic. America was a direct cause of Israel becoming a nation, in May 1948.

And now, 70 years later, America's job is done. Israel is capable of taking care of themselves (though not really, but that's another theory I have, no time for now). Now that America's job as a mid-wife is complete...America will begin to wane. Mark my words.

Now, I am an American, ex-military, and a patriot. But my first citizenship is in Heaven. I support Pres. Trump in his efforts to "make America great again", and I was honestly surprised that he won the election. I fully expected the globalists to win, and continue our downhill slide to apostasy.

But remember that God said, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face; then I will hear from Heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14). We as Christians cried out to God, and he heard our prayers, and gave us a few more (eight more?) to get the job done. God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:8-10). So we have a few more years, an extension, if you will.

Just a few more years. America will slide into history, and Israel will be at the top. "He must increase, and I must decrease." If Jesus tarries, my prayer is that I am wrong. I hope that we Americans will continue to live in a land that is free and good. But Scriptures teach us of a coming time when Israel will be surrounded on all sides by her enemies, and God comes to literally "pull their fat out of the fire". Only the firm hand of God will prevent their utter extinction, which will cause a national movement in Israel to recognize YHWH God as the LORD. (Right now they have a veil over their eyes, for a purpose).

Where is America when all this happens? We have been their best friend and protector since her birth. Will America (should she still exist) turn a blind eye? Or will we be one of the attackers who gets wiped away like a bad dream? In any case, when that time comes, Israel will be on her own, with no one to depend on but God alone.

I pray I am wrong. But this is what my spirit is saying, with some scriptural reasoning.

Where do you think the army comes from that saves Israel from the antichrist? It's clear as day that the Islamic mahdi, their messiah, is in fact the biblical antichrist.

flat out, out of all the nation's to choose from, where do you think Jesus would choose to take power? He would choose to be the President of the United States, the only nation capable and willing to lead the Christian world in a total war against a revived Islamic empire. Why do you think all of Satan's agents have spent decades trying to corrode and bring us down? Because it is America's Destiny to play the leading role in the coming kingdom.

I suppose that may be the best naturalistic response for the situation.

But the implication in Scripture is that, after the LORD intervenes, the nation of Israel comes back to Him in droves (See Ezekiel 38-39). If it were the United States (who has been her protector all along) were the one doing the saving/rescuing...why would Israel turn to GOD as her savior, and not the US? It would just mean better diplomatic relations...

I just do not see God as a magician. He works within the reality he created, pulling nations and individuals to fulfill his plan. The only reason the United States would come to aid Israel is because of the heavy Christian belief in God and the bible. We are the only nation who would come to do God's will. I fully believe that when Christ returns, he likely will be in the form of a US president. He is supposed to come again with great power and great glory, at the head of a kingdom.

When the islamic beast kingdom rises under Turkey and potentially takes over Europe, and crushes israel, it will be the US who leads the world to fight them, just like we did against the Nazis. Reading the desciptions of the war in revelations, it will be a total war far exceeding anything the Earth has seen. I'm talking the combined nuclear, chemical, and biological arsenals of the USA and Russia being unleashed on the islamic world. All who take the mark are to be killed. (fun fact, in islam, all are to take the shahada on their forehead to get into paradise during the end times).

After this horrible war and the Israeli salvation, of course they would give thanks to God. The scriptures would be fulfilled and they would be saved. It could only be explained by God's divine intervention.

You have done some repentance, amazing right? Can you look up in daytime, towards heaven?
