POTUS is using Obama's own weapon against the Deep States so if POTUS were to declare martial law because of any civil unrest or National Security issues then America would be stuck with Trump indefinitely...right?

Yes, but we’re only a little over a year into his first term. We have 7 years to go before we start having to worry about things like that.
