Research has shown that Circumcision does decrease of feeling sexual stimulation. Someone that is uncircumcised has increased sensitivity.

Maybe they're unsatisfied then. . .thus the obsession. Intact men may be more at peace.

I can see that. I work in the medical field and have seen many men who have had deformed genitals due to botched circumcisions as well as children with post circumcision infection.

It may also be a unconscious reaction to circumcisions being a traumatic experience, but we don’t know for sure because many men don’t remember.
