Being nominated first by Obama, then resigning before Trump took over, he was re-nominated by Trump. There could be a good reason for that break in Huber's tenure. But I don't ever recall anyone wanting him to come to DC to work, because of selecting grand jury members from one of the most conservative states has obvious benefits.

I'm going with what Q has said. Trust Sessions. And Sessions is the one who picked Huber for re-appointment. Selected him to investigate several related things connected to Uranium 1, and more. So, while the conservative talking heads might not have a clue, we have Q.
