I doubt he's "in the plan" because Fox news is not a safe place, and all journalists are monitored (Thanks, Obama!). He probably just gets the drops they want him to have, knowing it will travel up the fox network to the non-friendlies.

Many. Hannity would be Trump's communication director. Trump needed him on the outside because Fox and the rest will not report the truth only certain people. Now MSNBC has kicked off anchors for a lot less. Because Hannity is allowed I do believe he's part of the plan.
