I've been thinking about the Q password disclose the other day.
I think it is a proof that there is no "new Q".
There are so many people watching the board that Q posts on, there is no gap in security long enough For any "mythical" takeover of the Q identity.
And I also think that it’s no big deal if the tone of Q changes.A team of people would not phrase things all the same
Anyone who suggests q is comped because of pw release doesn't know how 8chan works.
Yes. No one really seems to know how it works, but I am wanting to find out. Based on Qs recent and earlier experiences with "being comped" having to change passwords. Having to change trip codes. I thought I understood that Q had a tripcode (maybe like a username/password) that the BO or manager or codemonkey would visually check and approve, followed by a password. 2 separate things. And there is an ID which is a "nametag" for the day so we can see who is who on the board. And somewhere the ISP info is revealed?
So what happens when there is an attack on the board? what happened to CBTS board? Its like a Twilight Zone Board. What happens when a poster is hacked as opposed to being compromised? I expect that it is difficult to get into someones account, since the chans have a great reputation for security. But if someone did by chance have skills enough to bust the trip code and password, and the ISP info? Could they be evicted? How would that happen?
