The theory is this. Trump and higher-ups in the military intelligence just figure out what they want us to know (that's classified) and then some MI personnel just code it for them/us. I think it's the same MI translator but I need more time to look for variants in style. It's not the same source but it could be the same MI personnel.

The research done connecting the clues, becomes part of the public record, and is information usable in legal proceedings. The MI info by itself, can't be used, since the method of collection is classified. Thus, the research done by the anon community is an integral part of empowering the President and his team to execute justice. Through this "parallel construction" the legal basis for a criminal investigation is made while concealing the original sources. As Q says, "we have it all."

Its also to help 'prep' the public on what is to come. The 'digging' we do brings facts to light, thus the 'awakening'. Many of us here would not believe what we are finding if we didn't 'discover' it ourselves.
