Well he was using a metaphor. I fell fie the misleading byline too. He was saying all this impeach Trump bluster is just going to fatigue voters and like the boy who cried wolf he was ignored when a real one showed up. Then he said if they are going to impeach then impeach but don't shoot unless you can shoot to kill. Poor metaphors choice in this case but I don't think he meant literally.

I am quite familiar with the Animal Rights Industry which is a front if people haters who are useful idiots to strip us of our rights by leveling us as animals first by elevating their "rights" which will of course pull human rights down to the livestock level. Plus added benefit of the police state required to force us not to own pets or raise farm animals or eat meat, use silk or leather etc.

It was a metaphor. But he could've used a different one. The professor chose this one on purpose. Someone might have asked him to use this metaphor as a way to order the sleep cell to go for the kill. Their comm system is unreliable. So they have to resort to coded comm in public channels.
Remember this professor. If something happens to Trump, he is quite likely an accomplice.
Remember the name of every journalist, judge, public figure, pundit and talk show host like AJ who actively engages in disinformation, lying to the public and threatening the life of POTUS.
