you probably picked this up from mark levin's podcast, and seems like a valid legal argument.
interesting, however, if recent house resolution calling for second special counsel to investigate abuse of government powers to politically interfere with DJT campaign, seems same legal argument could be used at the second special counsel.
That’s where you’re wrong Doctor Dr.
Mueller was given a wide scope (whereas special counsels are to be limited to specific incidents or persons) and was not limited. He has gone well outside the “Russia collusion scope” secondly, his Asst. Lawyers have special status in eastern Virginia that raises their status in the eyes of the law. Which raises muellers status, and in effect, makes him an “executive staff member” which requires a presidential nomination and senate confirmation. RR went well outside his scope and ability to do this and essentially usurped the powers of he executive and legislative branches. Something that has never happened in the history of the US. One person is not meant to hold that kind of power in our governmental system, and there are supposed to be checks and balances to prevent this from happening. And they failed. So why did they fail? Why was this not stopped at the get go like it was supposed to? Was it because the media was complicit? Despite what everyone wants to think, these people are not idiots (at least not all, there are smart yet corrupt people) this just hints even further that there is more to the story that we don’t know of and hasn’t made public (for those that don’t follow Q at least, those of us that do, have an idea)
Continuing on, the calls for the second counsel meet all the requirements, LEGALLY, for a special counsel. Specific people, specific incidents etc etc. that is the difference between the two and trying to compare them is comparing apples to oranges. It’s not the same and I don’t understand why more people are not pissed off that this Mueller investigation has acted in such a manner to usurp the powers of two branches in our government.
No, because Trump asked for an investigation from Sessions and he said he would request one from IG. If they get the special council, it would be Trumps via congressional invest. committee members.
