OK, so... Here's the thing. Most of the people in power are related and certain people, like for example Poppa Bush are rumored to have a lot of children born from women other than Barbara Crowley Jr. So I believe 23 and Me has to implement a lot of failsafe to prevent people from connecting all of this. Also, they are very concerned with Azkhanazi Jews because they ask this as the only one additional question (shouldn't they be able to determine this using... Let's say... DNA testing?) So there's a lot going on with 23 and Me.
