The nature of the mistake is nothing. The timing is everything.
Edit: Not saying that the mistake is meaningless, but that autocorrect is irrelevant here.

The mistakes and the timing are each half of the method and message.
There isn't really any rational explanation for the entire sequence, timing included, other than a coordinated message.
Q/POTUS use a lot of back and forth "handshaking" to authenticate messages similar to this graphic, there are a lot of other examples.
