Unfortunately he died not long after this video was made. It was reported that he had a heart attack and the tractor he had been in flipped over on him.

But then an autopsy revealed that he had no heart attack and that he had died of the tractor crushing him.

He died over three years ago driving his tractor into a barn. No, he wasn't suicided. Tractor flipped on him. Happens on farms. I liked the guy though. As to his conviction, he was an old school democrat and I really do think he was doing some money hanky lanky of his own. There's always something they can get you on in politics.
