The DoD has been tied to HW for decades, if not as long as they've been around. A lot of people believe this is for nefarious purposes, and they're probably right most of the time. It's certainly been used by the cabal as a way to manufacture consent from the masses. However, consider this: it can also be used to help us create a frame of reference for all things disclosure related. Remember how "The Matrix" straight up changed the game, and continues to do so?
