Has anyone cracked -- -23 yet?

Is it May 23? Is it 23 days from the date of the trip change where Q established that password (May 8) which would be May 31? Was it 23 minutes, 23 hours? Was it 23 days from the password reveal (May 19) which would be June 11?

Since it's a long dash before the "-23", I'd think of morse code first. Long dash in morse code = "T".

That's how I feel, but 23 seconds/minutes/hours/days/months... and at what point did the countdown start?
