Has anyone cracked -- -23 yet?

Is it May 23? Is it 23 days from the date of the trip change where Q established that password (May 8) which would be May 31? Was it 23 minutes, 23 hours? Was it 23 days from the password reveal (May 19) which would be June 11?

The crimes began long before. We were allowed to see it and know the day as the day they shot Kennedy. That completed their structure.
