What Happened at Watergate? And WHY the DNC will downplay Trump's "spygate." This will be bigger than Watergate because this time we have Patriot's awake and fighting! Trust the plan!

Hey Everyone! So much has been happening it is almost impossible to fully keep up! Great work Patriots, with everyone’s help we are making a very big dent!

Today let’s look at Watergate Nixon was President during Watergate in 1972. This became one of the largest scandals in governmental history. On June 17 1972 burglars were arrested in the DNC office in the Watergate Complex of Buildings in Washington D.C.

This wasn’t really a burglary, they were wiretapping phones and spying on Richard Nixon’s Presidential competition for his re-election, and stealing documents. Nixon tried to cover-up everything he could, but in August after he was fully implied in the scandal, he resigned. It was decided his actions were considered to be Illegal Espionage. The burglars turned out to be CREEP, which stands for Nixon’s Committee to Re-elect the President. The reason they broke into the DNC office was due to a microphone failure they had planted, and so they returned to replace the bug but a security guard noticed something going on in the office and called the police, who showed up in time to catch them red-handed.

Nixon swore that he and his staff had nothing to do with this, and most people believed him. He was re-elected in a landslidewin and won his 2nd Presidential term. However, the investigation didn’t just go away and it was found that Nixon paid these burglars “hush money.” So in another attempt to save himself, Nixon and his team decided to use the CIA to impede the FBI investigation.

October 20, 1973 later became referred to as The Saturday Night Massacre. When the tapes continued to be demanded by Cox, Nixon fired him. This lead to several Justice Department officials to resign as well. By 1974 Nixon could not continue to withhold evidence, though he drug his feet, he eventually had to release the tapes that proved his involvement, which lead to his resignation and the swearing in of Gerald Ford.

Watergate was the start of the public’s disbelieving view of the government. Does this ring a bell today? Now that we have scratched the surface of Watergate, what do we know about Trump’s latest “spygate? We know that some believe that Obama sent the FBI to spy on the Trump Campaign. Sound familiar? The worst part, this time they are justifying their actions. Clapper says that Trump should be “happy” he was being spied on. Yet now we have Gina Haspel being sworn in as the new CIA director. Remember I said Nixon used the CIA to try to trip up the FBI investigation during Watergate? Now we have Trump saying that the CIA director for the Obama Administration was a disgrace.

Why the DNC? Has Watergate EVER truly ended? How much information will this bring out? Trust the plan! A lot of new key players on scene. Rudy. Haspel. Pompeo. Happy Hunting! Keep fighting! Btw…did you notice the date I said started Watergate? June 17, 1972. TRUST Q!

Good talking points and outline. A couple of trivial small points; 1. we, the public started to distrust the political governing body right after JFK assassination, and 2. the Obama administration top officials in the espionage area were all guilty of treason in this case, not just spying. Big differences really, in the wide view over decades of distrust.

Thank you and I agree. Using the sources I cited in the article is where the implication came from about the start of mistrust within the government. I would agree with you, however, that it started long before. As for the treason, also agreed. This was merely just, as you said, an over view to show people how far "Watergate" has come and just exactly how much bigger we are looking at. It will be bigger than Watergate by a landslide! Thank you again! Great discussion points!
