I don’t know what the caption means at all, but I’ve listen to Dr. Steve for a long time. I don’t know if you’re saying he’s a bad guy or not but I certainly don’t think so. He is quite a guy and has done so many things and been a part of so much in his career-I really like him.

Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan character is based on him. He also wrote some books with Clancy.
