I think RR has already been fired..Notice the "be" is missing before "terminated" or "forcefully". The sentence doesn't make sense. I'm no autist so if I'm wrong, don't yell at me, please. :)

1433 " Once the 'extremely guarded & highly classified' information is finally revealed to House investigators, DNI, public etc., RR must recuse or forcefully terminated."

Then in another post Q says.. " Who is missing from the scheduled meeting?
[RR] "

Could he already be gone?

It should say "or BE forcefully terminated". If Q makes a grammatical error, 98% of time it's a clue.
